Local Pick up:

Saffy&May  is based in Brisbane, Australia.  Pick up is available from Thornlands, by selecting this option upon checkout.  Following payment, please email us to arrange a mutually suitable time for collection.


Shipping costs are based on weight and we use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers for our deliveries.

If you required your parcel urgently, please choose the express post option.

For large items, a manual order may need to be processed and shipping calculated separately. The website will advise you to email us first so we can give you a quote you for shipping.

We are committed to keep our postage costs as low as possible, however, if the postage cost appears excessive, please contact us to discuss.

You may receive your goods in a pre-used box, as we recycled and re-use packing in order to help the environment and keep our postage costs low.


In these terms and conditions, We, Us and Our refer to Saffy&May.

Saffy&May accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property caused by our products . We accept no responsibility or liability for any misuse of products that cause any damage, injury or loss to persons or property. 

Product Descriptions

We makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on this website (product description, prices and images) is accurate and reliable and we take no responsibility for any information that may not be accurate or may be incomplete.  Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Please note, colours may vary depending on the monitor you are viewing them on. In addition, with our handmade products, colour variations or slight imperfections may occur.

We reserve the right to change or update information at any time.

Prices listed are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of shipping.

Refund/Returns Policy

We cannot exchange or refund items if you have changed your mind.

We take every step to ensure that your purchase/s are packaged with care. However, if your product is damaged, please contact us immediately. We will not replace or offer a refund if you fail to contact us as soon as you receive your products.

The faulty product must be:

  • Unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Please note, you are also responsible for return shipping charges.
